TERMS OF SERVICE
Terms of Service
What you can expect from GO AIAV, and what we expect from you.
About these terms
These terms govern your use of GO AIAV at goaiav.com, operated by GO AIAV ("we", "us"). By signing up for or using GO AIAV, you accept these terms and the AI content & community rules. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. If you don't agree, please don't use GO AIAV.
Adults only
GO AIAV is only for people who are at least 18 — or the age of majority where you live, if that's higher. The site contains adult content, so don't use it where viewing that content is against the law for you. If we have reason to believe an account belongs to a minor, we close it.
What GO AIAV is
GO AIAV lets you generate images and videos with AI from your prompts and your own uploads, publish your work, comment, follow people and send direct messages. The service is what you can actually use on the site; anything shown as coming soon or not yet available isn't a promise. We may add, change or remove features.
Your account
You sign in with your email address and a password. To sign up, you confirm your email with a one-time code and choose a password of 8–32 characters. If you forget it, a new code from your inbox lets you set another one; your old sign-ins then stop working, but your creations, orders and credits stay. Use an address you control and keep your email and password safe. Your account is personal — don't share, sell or hand it over. You're responsible for what happens on it; if you think someone else got in, tell us through this contact channel: Contact us.
GO AIAV and Day Work share one account service: signing up creates an account that works in both, with the same email and password. Each product still checks its own sign-in and permissions, and an existing Day Work account isn't taken over just because it uses the same email.
Playing fair
Follow the content rules and the law. Don't attack or overload the service, get around sign-in, permissions, limits or safety filters, take over other people's accounts, scrape the site or abuse our APIs in bulk, or use synthetic content to deceive anyone. Don't try to slip past our filters by rewording prompts, re-uploading removed content or opening new accounts.
Your content and other people's rights
Your prompts, uploads and creations stay yours, as far as you hold rights in them. So we can run the service, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, copy, adapt (for example resize or convert) and display that content, and to pass it to the providers that generate results for you. For what you publish, this includes showing it to other people on GO AIAV. The license ends when you delete the content, except for copies we must keep to handle reports, meet legal obligations or protect someone's safety.
Only use content you have the right to use. If an upload shows a person, it has to be you, or an adult who has agreed to how you use it. AI-made doesn't mean free of rights: likeness, copyright, trademarks and other rights can still apply. Being able to view something on GO AIAV doesn't let you use it commercially, sublicense it or redistribute it — get the rights holder's permission first.
Real people and their likeness
If an upload or a result shows a real person, these rules apply:
- Only upload photos of yourself, or of adults who have given you permission to use their likeness this way.
- Never upload or generate anyone under 18, or anyone who looks like a minor. We remove that content and close the account.
- No images of real, identifiable people — public figures included — without their consent, and no face swaps of real people.
- To report content that breaks these rules, use Report a problem. When we confirm a violation, we remove the content.
AI results
AI output can be inaccurate, distorted or similar to other people's work, and others may get similar results from similar prompts. It can't prove anyone's identity or that something really happened. Before you use a result, check that your use is appropriate and that you have the rights you need.
Credits and payments
Generating uses credits. Before you buy, we show you the currency, the price and how many credits you get; before you generate, we show you what it costs. While a generation runs, its credits are held; if it fails or you cancel it, they go back to your balance.
Right now, buying credits is a sandbox test: no real money is charged, and test credits can't pay for real generations. There's no monthly membership or subscription — every top-up is a one-time order that doesn't renew. Before we start charging for real, we'll publish the purchase and refund rules.
Each account has one personal credit balance, shared by GO AIAV and Day Work: top-ups made in either product go into it, and GO AIAV generations and Day Work reports and exports are paid from it. Older Day Work workspace balances stay as they were and aren't converted into personal credits.
A top-up started in GO AIAV goes through a Day Work confirmation page to the payment provider's test checkout. That page shows the product, the amount and the account email the credits go to. Coming back to the site doesn't mean the payment went through: credits count only once our server has verified the order.
If a payment is refunded, we check it against the order and your credit history and take back the credits from that order, including its bonus. Your balance never goes below zero and you're never charged extra; if those credits have already been spent, the refund is reviewed by hand. A refund doesn't give you the first top-up bonus again.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider under its own terms; we never see or store your full card details. Credits can only be used for services on GO AIAV and Day Work. They aren't money, a deposit or a security, and they can't be cashed out, transferred or sold. Free credits, such as daily or welcome bonuses, come with the limits shown where you get them.
Your statutory rights stay in place as the law provides them — for example the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU, or the 7-day right of regret under Brazil's Consumer Defense Code. If a purchase didn't arrive or you were charged by mistake, use this contact channel and we'll put it right: Contact us. If we shut down the service, or close your account without you having broken these terms, we refund the purchased credits you haven't used.
Share & earn (referrals)
You can share your works with a link that carries your personal code. When someone who isn't on GO AIAV yet opens it and creates an account within 30 days, both of you may get credits. How many, when a referral counts (for example once the new account's email is verified) and the daily and overall limits are shown in the app and can change.
Referral credits are a bonus, not money: they can't be cashed out, transferred or exchanged, and they end with your account. Each new account earns one reward. Referring yourself doesn't count — another account of yours, the same device or network, throwaway email addresses, bots or paid sign-ups.
If we find abuse, we may withhold or take back the credits involved, including credits already spent, and close the accounts concerned. We may change or end the program at any time; credits already earned in good faith stay in your wallet.
Reports, moderation and takedowns
We use automated filters and human review to keep GO AIAV within the rules. We may refuse a generation, remove or restrict content, limit features, or suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, the content rules or the law. When we do, we tell you what we did and why — unless the law or someone's safety prevents it — and you can ask us to review the decision using this contact channel: Contact us.
Anyone can report content or an account through Report a problem. We report child sexual abuse material and other serious crimes to the authorities, and keep the related records as long as the law requires.
Copyright complaints
If you believe something on GO AIAV infringes your copyright, send a notice through this contact channel (Contact us) with: your name and contact details; the work you own; a link to the content on GO AIAV; a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized; and a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them, with your signature. We may remove the content and forward your notice to the person who posted it, who can reply with a counter-notice. We close the accounts of repeat infringers.
Closing your account
You can stop using GO AIAV at any time and ask us to delete your account through Report a problem or this contact channel: Contact us. We may suspend or close your account for serious or repeated breaches, or when the law requires it. Parts of these terms that by their nature should continue — such as the license for copies we must keep, liability and disputes — still apply after your account is closed.
Changes to the service and these terms
We may pause or change parts of the service for maintenance, security or to deal with violations. If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we tell you on the site before the change takes effect (and by email where appropriate). If you keep using GO AIAV after that, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, you can stop and close your account.
Liability
We work hard to keep GO AIAV running well, but we provide it as it is and can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law — for example for intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, or under product liability law — or takes away consumer rights or obligations of ours that the law doesn't allow to be excluded.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the operator is registered, and disputes are heard by the courts of the place where the operator is registered. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and you can also bring a claim in the courts there. Before going to court, please get in touch: Contact us. Most problems can be solved that way.
